That title might not be true but it was for me last week.

I was in Wyoming last week and had the luxury of going on a guided rainbow trout fishing trip on the North Platte River about 10 minutes outside Casper, WY.

I don’t usually write about personal stuff on DHADM but this was a special couple of days.

A group of 8 caught over 60 rainbow trout (all between 12-23”) in two days. The guides made this possible. They know the river, the spots to try and flies to use.

Here are some pictures of the fish we caught and information if you want to try it out. The cabin we stayed in is perfect for a corporate getaway or a large family gathering.
