Here are a couple Star Wars parodies I found on YouTube today, but they were posted back in February.  The first one is Star Wars: A Cardboard Hope and the second is Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back in 60 Seconds.

I have seen so many parodies for Star Wars, but since I am a huge fan of the movies I just had to post these.  The X-Wing Starfighters are pretty darn good for being cardboard, even if they start to fall apart in the filming.
