Ling Ling and Ching Ching bring you a horrible commercial. SalesGenie.com usually has better commercials, I watched this one and compared to the other ones from last year and this one was just tasteless and tactless. Just watch, it’s bad bad.

Though this advert is a little plain, it still draws attention to the screen by playing
Que Sera Sera by Doris Day. I’m not sure this song really fits with the image of football, you know dirt, sweat and beer. But I really liked it, I was more interested in the song than the crashing computers though.

Agent Diane Nichols is there to help you, who doesn’t need protection… State Farm offers discounts up to 40%…
Funny advert though, loved the use of the Seattle Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck who was also featured in another spot, Matt Hasselbeck in his NFL Story for Super Bowl Sunday.

I hope no one has a headache when they watch this spot. Between the squirrel and the woman screaming, plus the 8 other types of animals screaming, it kind of hurt my head. But what made me laugh was the driver calmly just drove past the squirrel with ease, thanks to his Bridgestone tires.

This Super Bowl commercial was a little strange, the girl dances like a mix between the
Michael Jackson Thriller moves and
Paula Abdul in her
Straight Up music video. I liked this one, but I think that might only be because I enjoy Michael Jackson’s Thriller. Try not to tar and feather me on that one, I know there are some people out there who still like his music even if he is a sicko.
Is it possible that gecko bits are over done with Geico?

Here is another of the many Super Bowl ads. The E-Trading baby cracked me up when he said, “I really under estimated the creepiness…” I can understand that since I’m pretty darn afraid of clowns too.

Poor
Matt Hasselbeck, all he wants is for fans to notice him and for him to make it to the Super Bowl like the Giants and Patriots.
Matt Hasselbeck was pretty funny in this Super Bowl, “Brett Farve doesn’t answer all of his fan mail, do you think you could get his autograph for me?” Poor Hasselbeck, there has to be some fans out there, lets send him some mail.
Hasselbeck plays quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, home of Jones Soda… I still think ew when I see that soda.

Remember that scene in
The Godfather where
Jack Woltz, the movie producer who refuses to cast
Johnny Fontane in his new movie, and he wakes up in his luxurious bed to the severed head of his prized racehorse Khartoum? Well Audi won the title of Best Reference of a Classic Movie Scene for last nights Super Bowl spot.
Since I’m a huge fan of the movie, I can totally agree with this advert. The greasy classic luxury car grill in his bed, him waking up in a pool of oil and beginning to scream hysterically. Perfect advert. Well done Audi, and that brand spankin’ new Audi R8 speeding off is beautiful as well.

The almost perfect New England Patriots were almost perfect when they went up against the New York Giants. They made one false move, letting the Giants take the lead.
This advert with Russell Crowe narrating is a little over the top, kind of like they expected nothing else but an easy win. They were WRONG!
The New York Giants have pulled off one of the biggest upsets in National Football League history, defeating the heavily favored New England Patriots, 17-14, to win Super Bowl 42 and deny New England an undefeated season.
Link
Update: Since I completely forgot to put this in earlier, what is Russell Crowe, from Australia, doing the voice over for an American Football advert. Is it that his voice is just that damn good? I mean, I can’t complain really, his voice carries the point well, and I don’t personally think that Chris Rock [no offense Mr. Rock lol] could have done a better job. But any thoughts on this?

Pepsi’s way of showing diversity was having a completely silent advert. Completely awesome, I saw this on my daily travels around the Internet today and I thought this was worth a show.
Silence? During the Super Bowl? I think not, this is the time people will be recapping that last touchdown or possibly lack there of? Hopefully people will take the time to read the subtitles.
Here is a link to their website containing other Pepsi commercials.
