Their movie is coming out this spring, itn made its debut last summer at the Los Angeles Film Festival. Fox Searchlight, “the studio that brought groundbreaking comedies like Sideways, The Full Monty and Little Miss Sunshine,” snatched this music documentary up.
I love how the little old lady is reading the lyrics to a song with a magnifying glass.
This is awesome, and they talk about Russell Crowe’s Super Bowl ad as being inspiration… If I’m not dead by the time I’m in my 80’s, I would so be down for singin’ the current hits. Let’s hear these oldies do some Soulja Boy or T Pain’s Buy You A Drink.
